One benefit to Matt being off work is that I now have someone to help out in the mornings before work. When Matt was working, he often left before Madison and I work up, so I had to get both of us ready by myself. Although he is now home in the morning, he is still unable to move around easily, so we have a "system" that works well. I wake Madison up, change her, give her to Matt in bed, then go make her bottle. After I make her bottle, Matt feeds her and then sits with her while she watches her Baby Einstein DVD. We don't really like letting her watch TV, but it allows me to get ready in the morning with less stress.
And P.S. - All of you people without kids - Don't Judge! :)
