Matt and I had kind of worried about Madison's eyes for a while. We were concerned they weren't tracking right or one was lazy. When we mentioned it to the pediatrician, he told us to go to an optometrist for an exam. We finally did in January and after a long but thorough exam, the Doctor informed me that Madison's eyes are just fine. She told me that what we were seeing was actually an optical illusion because her eyes are a bit narrow and her bridge is a bit wide. Good news.
Because they had to dilate Madison's eyes for the exam, they warned us that she would be sensitive to light for a day or so. They gave us some disposable sunglasses for her to wear on the way home, and of course, she looked so cute in them! She was in her snowsuit so she really couldn't take them off. When we got home and I opened the car door, she was fast asleep, with her sunglasses on! It was pretty cute!
